Crews are completing the roof on the High Street at South Point east condo building and they’re framing the balance of the west condominium residence building. Windows will be installed in the next few weeks to close up the South Point South Surrey condo buildings and allow mechanical and electrical trades to complete their work. Construction of the new street at South Point South Surrey real estate community will begin in February 2009. Like the rest of the economy, the South Surrey real estate market is experiencing some stormy weather, but there are still bright spots for who have a clear vision of what they want to buy and more importantly who they buy from. Good News for First-Time Buyers looking for a new Surrey house for sale in 2009! This translates into thousands of dollars in savings! 4. The home must be a primary residence and under $450,000 to be elegible.
