As many of you have responded favorably to the first-look at the Silver Ridge Brighton Maple Ridge townhomes designs, there have been a number of further inquiries and questions: With that in mind, I thought I would list out some of the details for you: Dimensions of Maple Ridge townhome floor plans – I’m working on getting a master set of blueprints in the month of November that I’ll be able to review in person with any registrants that would like specific sizes and other details. I’d be able at that time to meet with you in person at our Silver Ridge Brighton townhome sales center. The Brighton Maple Ridge Townhouse Master Site Plan – the final site plan for the Brighton Silver Ridge community should be finalized also in November, at which time I’ll be emailing a color copy to all of our registrants. This will show where each of the Brighton at Silver Ridge townhome designs will be located within the community itself. I will have a master copy on site at Silver Ridge Maple Ridge real estate development that I could go over with you in person. Color Schemes and Interior Finishings of these pre-construction Maple Ridge homes at Brighton – we will have these finishes available for review with all interested parties in early January, again in a special preview presentation center which we’ll be setting up at the Silver Ridge Brighton sales center area. The New Maple Ridge Townhomes for Sale with Brighton Floor Plans


The initial release of townhouse floor plans at the Brighton at Silver Ridge real estate development features Plan A which is a 3 bed and 2.5 bath unit over 3 levels and features sixteen hundred and ten square feet. The basement level has an unfinished space where you can add a bathroom and small kitchenette in addition to a storage room and double attached garage. IN addition, this Brighton at Silver ridge Maple Ridge floor plan features a main level deck, kitchen, dining nook, family room, powder room and a great room with fireplace. The top level has the master bedroom, ensuite, walk in closet, a second bath and two extra spacious bedrooms with large windows and the laundry closet. Plan B at the Silver Ridge Brighton Townhomes for sale features 3/2 as well but smaller at 1345 square feet and is more linear in terms of the layout. The main level features a flow through great room, kitchen and dining space. There are several variations of the B floorplan (ranging from 1-7) and the differ in terms of the layouts as well as a single or tandem garage. The Maple Ridge Brighton Townhome Floorplan C is a two bed and two bath unit over 1179 sqft (three levels as well). It features a single garage (attached), unfinished basement space, open concept main floor and the two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. There is no powder room. The C1 variation at the Silver Ridge Brighton Maple Ridge townhome floor plan features a similar layout but with a tandem garage in the lower level.

Eight out of ten Canadian baby boomers, aged 41-61 would not hesitate to consider real estate purchase despite the U.S. housing marketing volatility, according to a new online survey by Angus Reid Strategies on behalf of Mortgage Intelligence Inc. In fact, 21 per cent of boomers surveyed anticipate making a real estate purchase in the next three years “Canadian boomers are a savvy bunch and our survey indicates that despite the turmoil in the US, they clearly understand the long-term value of real estate,” said John Schipper, president, Mortgage Intelligence Inc.

“With approximately two million boomers planning to buy a home within the next three years, this segment will be a major driver of the Canadian real estate market.” Results of the two pols commissioned by Mortgage Intelligence, a mortgage brockerage, shed light on some interesting Canadian baby boomer real estate trends: - 24 per cent of younger boomers (between the ages of 41-54) are more likely to have plans to purchase real estate in the next three years versus 13 per cent of older boomers (between the ages of 55-61). -17 per cent of those interested in purchasing real estate are most interested in investment properties, followed by 15 per cent who want to downsize.
