I confess I’m delighted to discover I’ve arrived at Pacific View White Rock estates a few minutes early, thus allowing myself time to admire the ocean view and outdoor water feature that incorporates all the natural, windswept beauty of the beaches that remain one of the features I love most about White Rock.
I hear a cheery “Hello,” and turn to meet Jennifer, Pacific View’s resident manager in White Rock, who’s agreed to take me on a tour so I can see the transformation in these totally updated suites for myself. And what a transformation it is.
