former Chilliwack military base. They are also the latest pre-construction
Chilliwack homes for sale to be taken down in price by their builders.
The Quarters at Garrison Crossing residences for sale are refurbished
military quarters and have just been reduced by a whopping price
by up to $70,000, with the new prices ranging from $224,900 to
only $269,900. Only eight are for sale at these prices at the
Garrison Crossing Quarters residences, the last Chilliwack Quarters
residences not sold. The Garrison Crossing Hartford apartments
for sale have been reduced by up to $133,000, with new prices
ranging from $149,900 to $319,900. Only 20 are for sale at these
prices, the remaining 20 of the 116 Chilliwack Garrison Crossing
Hartford apartments for sale in this community. The Chilliwack
Hartford Garrison Crossing apartments range in size from 512 sq
ft studios to 1509 sq ft two bedroom and den homes. They are located
in three four storey buildings enclosing a central courtyard.
The Garrison Crossing real estate developer, Ron Funk of Spruceland
Homes, rates the price decrease at 40 per cent, the latest in
the long line of Greater Vancouver new real estate developments
that have dropped their pre-sale apartment pricing. ‘The
real upside of the current Chilliwack real estate market is that
buyers not have an opportunity to buy a home that was possibly
unattainable in the last two years,” he sia din a news release.
